Our May Newsletter

May 2020 – As we continue to navigate our way through this unprecedented time of COVID-19, our emotional health is at a premium. Seleni is proud to celebrate Mental Health Month. Whether it is our own mental health, our children's or others, what we acknowledge most this May is that mental well-being is as important as physical health. During this uncertain time, it is so very important that we take care of our emotional well-being in order to better support our loved ones, our neighbors and our broader community.

In support of Maternal Mental Health Week (May 4-10), Seleni is offering a new free online lesson to help aid professionals and their clients during this time. Please see more details listed below.

As our Founder and Executive Director, Nitzia Logothetis, has stated, "I know now that the benefits of seeking support far outweigh the stress of wondering if there might be something wrong and trying to manage everything on your own." If you or someone you care about needs extra support, we are here.
