Appointment Request and Intake Process
Thank you for contacting the Seleni Institute. We are dedicated to providing excellent clinical care and will do everything we can to make sure you are comfortable and cared for with the respect you deserve.
Intake Process
Once you request an appointment, our intake coordinator will reach you by phone to determine if our services could be beneficial for you. Every individual seeking care at the Seleni Institute goes through the intake process. If we determine that therapy at Seleni is the best option for you, we will facilitate an appointment with a Seleni clinician to discuss treatment goals. The intake process can take up to three (3) weeks, including your first call with our intake coordinator up to your initial appointment with a clinician. If an outside referral better meets your needs, we will refer you to appropriate treatment options, including clinicians or programs in the community.
Please note that our therapists are licensed to provide teletherapy in New York, Virginia, and Florida.

For requests submitted through the form, our intake coordinator will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. Please only submit one (1) request for an appointment. Duplicate requests may delay our response.
