Credentialing Information

Continuing Education (CE) credits and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are available to healthcare and community-based providers serving families during their reproductive journey, including:

  • physicians

  • social workers

  • psychologists 

  • mental health counselors

  • marriage and family therapists

  • creative arts therapists

  • doulas, midwives, and more

CE/CME credit information

While we have included our CE/CME credit information below, licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that courses taken will fulfill the requirements for your licensing obligations.

  • The AAFP has reviewed Eliminating Implicit Bias in Maternity Care and deemed it acceptable for up to 4.00 Enduring Materials, Self-Study AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 06/06/2024 to 06/06/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

    AMA/AAFP Equivalency: AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.

    The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) has reviewed Complex Conversations in Healthcare and deemed it acceptable for up to 2.00 Enduring Materials, Self-Study AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 02/06/2024 to 02/06/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

  • All continuing education trainings offered by Seleni Psychology Counseling and Support PLLC can be utilized for DONA International recertification requirements.
