Shani Lehrer is the Founder and CEO of Sound Sanctum Group, a London-based leadership development and wellbeing practice she established in 2018. Through the firm, she offers corporate training, private advisory work, community programs, and immersive retreats. She also created Inner Geopolitics, a method that helps leaders understand and manage their inner lives with the same strategic care they bring to external challenges.

For more than two decades, Shani has advised executives, entrepreneurs, public leaders, athletes, and artists on resilience, trust, and values-aligned leadership. Her approach draws on high-performance coaching, NLP, somatic practices, and theological study to help people bring their mental, emotional, and physical capacities into steadier, more grounded leadership. Her corporate programs include Inner Geopolitics, Leading with Trust, and From Loneliness to Oneness. She speaks internationally on leadership, resilience, and personal growth, hosts a podcast, and is the author of Shining Your Light in the Face of Adversity, Inner Geopolitics, and the Evolve 365 Diary.

Shani holds a degree in Economics and is currently a PhD candidate in Natural Medicine. She is a committed advocate for emotional wellbeing as the foundation of strong leaders, families, and communities.
