April 2022 - Seleni welcomed Kristen Marsch to the team as our Chief Financial Officer. We are thrilled to have her as part of our Seleni family!

Tell us about yourself.

My name is Kristen Marsch and I just joined Seleni as Chief Financial Officer. I have an MBA in Business Analytics from Binghamton University, Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University and a Master Certificate from Villanova University.  Prior to joining Seleni, I spent the last decade working at world-renowned entertainment venues, including The Madison Square Garden Company and Carnegie Hall. I currently reside on Long Island with my family and love to go to the beach and bike ride when I am not working.

What excites you most about being part of the Seleni family?

I am so grateful to become part of the Seleni family. I share a passion for Seleni’s mission and the work it performs to promote emotional health and wellness through advocacy, education and support. While pregnant and after having my first daughter last year, I learned so much that people never seem to speak about. There is a certain stigma around motherhood and lack of organizations who truly specialize and can assist mothers during this time.  I am very excited to be able to contribute my skills to such a great organization. 

What’s a quote that you carry with you to uplift yourself?

One of my favorite quotes is, "Life's biggest rewards come from the biggest challenges". It is just a reminder to stay positive and work hard, and it will all be worth it in the end.
