Seleni Hosting Free Expo for Young Parents

Pregnant and parenting young adults can ask questions of our experts

Seleni will host a free expo for pregnant and parenting young adults under the age of 24 on Saturday, November 7th, 2015, 12:30-3:30pm. Our parenting specialists and counselors will be present to share vital information about newborn/baby care, bonding with baby, and sleep solutions for parents and babies. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about community resources for young parents.

Lunch and snacks will be served, children are welcome, and transportation is provided for groups of 6 or more. Attendees will walk away with a diaper bag full of baby/toddler essentials and a $25 gift card.

This program is part of the Seleni Institute Teen Initiative (SITI), a program that is dedicated to improving the likelihood of success in adulthood for teenage mothers by providing reproductive and maternal mental health services to pregnant and postpartum teenage girls.
