Your gift to the Seleni Institute could be matched dollar for dollar by your employer! Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees, retirees and/or employees’ spouses.
How to Request a Matching Gift from Your Employer
There are two ways to initiate a matching gift contribution:
1. If your company uses an online matching gift portal
Use your company’s matching gift platform to submit your matching gift verification request. Be sure to use the address of the Seleni Institute: 122 E 64th St, 1R, New York, NY 10065.

2. If your company uses printed forms
Obtain a matching gift verification form from your company’s personnel/human resources office. Complete the form using your company’s official name. Be sure to complete the entire donor portion of the form and to include a copy of your gift receipt (if available).
